VisionMark Nameplate Company, LLC, Acquires Etchcraft Incorporated

(NEW BREMEN, Ohio) VisionMark Nameplate Company, LLC, reached an agreement to acquire Chattanooga based Etchcraft Incorporated, effective December 15, 2015, it was announced today.

Founded in 1997, Etchcraft manufactures etched zinc and photopolymer nameplates and architectural signage. “We are very excited to welcome Etchcraft to the VisionMark family,” said Jerry Merges, President of VisionMark Nameplate Company. “Etchcraft’s reputation for producing superior quality nameplates and signage fits well with the customers and markets we serve.”

Etchcraft’s manufacturing will relocate to VisionMark Nameplate’s headquarters in New Bremen, Ohio, in January 2016.
